Ask Granny is a free educational outreach program funded by local Genealogical Societies, donations, and grants.
The Purpose is to help senior citizens create a genealogical gift for children and grandchildren the irreplaceable gift of their family memories recorded on an Ancestral Chart.
WHY IS "ASK GRANNY" Important?
How many of you have ever heard someone say Why didnt we ask Granny about that while she still could tell us?
How many irreplaceable memories are lost each day, each year?
How can we capture those memories before they are lost?
HOW "ASK GRANNY" WORKS
The program is unique: the specifically designed set of materials is taken to the students, rather than asking them to come to an outside meeting place. Everything is given FREE to the students and no information is ever retained by the teachers
Contact us to have the complete instructional materials sent FREE to your Genealogical Society. Our only stipulations are that all programs are free for the students and no information is ever retained by the teachers.
